"Everyone hates lawyers until they need one"

Everyone likes to hate on lawyers until they need one, and most people will need a lawyer for something one day.But have some reasons for people hates lawyers. According to many surveyed and researches which was conducted by last two years; people said the emotional turmoil caused by all those lawyers is every bit as costly as the economic toll. And also majority opinion is there is no limit to the lies, deceit and character assassination that can be rationalized by a lawyer under the excuse of zealously representing a client’s interest. Because people think lawyers are the best tactics to use when the client is a scumbag. At the same time people think when a lawyer achieves success, it usually means that someone else got shafted. Another point come out from survey lawyer’s professional ethics say nothing about right and wrong, fairness and unfairness, justice and injustice- it is only about striving to win. Because, as a result, the best lawyers get hired by the worst criminals. Finally, I like to include one of my friend's opinion too. She directly said lawyers are useless, then I asked why? She replied, because most politicians come from the ranks of lawyers… these are just some people’s ideas of regarding law profession

But other hand, we can say reality is so far away from above opinions. Most attorneys are very hard working, public citizens actively involved in their communities. As in any profession, a few bad apples ruin the barrel for the rest. The cases most heard about are unfortunately the attorneys that seek personal gain over the good of their clients or misappropriation of client funds. One of our senior lawyer was recently visited an injured client in her home. It was rewarding and she got to meet injured client Mom and hear about how the accident had impacted her lifestyle and work situation. Her perception was that most attorneys don't care about their clients. After their discussion of all aspects of her case, she realized how complex our laws and court system actually is.

We frequently hear that everyone hates aggressive personal injury lawyers until they need one. If you are faced with a matter as serious as the death of a loved one or a permanent injury that may affect you the rest of your life, you should be satisfied that the lawyer you choose is experienced and capable of getting full compensation for you. If you think all law firms or doctors are the same, then you are wrong. There are many in the legal field that do care and do try to do their best. Lawyers have existed since ancient times, developing rules in an attempt to maintain peace and order in communities. Give negative commenting is a very easy thing. But even one mints did you spent to think about what kind hard times, struggles, troubles, challenges they were face to become this profession. Lawyers are always improving their excellent analytical skills and is able to readily make sense of a large volume of information about clients. And he upgrade his creative for able to think of reasonable solutions when problems and unique situations arise. And also always preparing a legal strategy generally requires an extensive amount of research for finding and comprehend pertinent information. At the same time lawyers should develop interpersonal skills and develop trusting relationships with everyone they work with. Otherwise he can't move on his work.

Most of them are commenting lawyers are liars, but anyone can think logically and make reasonable judgments and assumptions based on information presented like lawyers? According to my knowledge those working in the legal profession must have perseverance. Often, cases require many hours of work with heavy research and lots of writing. A lawyer or legal assistant must be willing to put in the time it takes to get the job done. I think you've got good people and bad people in everything you do. If you start making a big deal of it, then it's a problem. It's like in life. We've got bad doctors and lawyers. We've got bad priests! We don't target every priest and say he's bad. You have to go to church and you have to go see some doctors. Some people have to be good.

There comes a time in your life when you can no longer put off choosing. You have to choose one path or the other. You can live safe and be protected by people just like you, or you can stand up and be a leader for what is right. Always, remember this: People never remember the crowd; they remember the one person that had the courage to say and do what no one would do.
