Have you ever
worried about having to crawl on the ground or having to be carried by another
person?
Many are forced
to live on the ground or to wait to be carried by another to meet their most
basic needs and they undergo further burdens. We encountered 10 differently
able individuals who face basic mobility issues on a daily basis. Being unable
to afford wheelchairs has affected
their ability to meet their basic needs, to go to school, to get a job, to get
opportunities as others and merely moving around.
It is pathetic to know that they are already suffering from the pain, isolation
and indignity of a physical disability.
Did you know for
as little as 9,800 Rupees you can give a wheelchair to a physically challenged
person who is unable to get around on his/her own? You can provide mobility, dignity,
freedom and hope to someone who previously had none. Do you have a used
wheelchair? Thinking of what to do with it?
If
you have wheelchairs that are unneeded and not being used rather collects dust
in your basement, you can simply donate it to a good cause and help someone in
need. It is excellent to help others long after you no longer need them. A
wheelchair not only empowers these people but also stimulates opportunities and
possibilities for them to live an independent life with a revitalized sense of
dignity and hope, not being considered as burdens and marginalized in the
society, fulfilling their needs on their own without having to rely on another
person. We need your help to enable us lift a many off the ground.
You can contribute in four ways,
1. Donate a wheelchair
2. Donate your outgrown or unneeded
wheelchair that you are no longer using.
3. Cash donations
4.Generate funds for people in need of
wheelchairs by sharing this post.

Lift someone up off the ground by
gifting them the blessing of mobility and transform a life for good. Mobility
is indeed life changing!
