අකුරක් ඇහිඳින්න පිහිටක් වෙමුද? #Helpinghandforstudents

The children who were affected by the flood and landslide disaster could be the ones with the most grievous circumstances because in addition to everything else, they've lost their books and notes they've made for themselves as well. At such a decisive point, it is important to provide the necessary books, past papers and other educational aids for the children who sit for G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations shortly and the little children who sit for scholarship examination as well. We expect you to provide information about anyone who needs notes and other stationary by filling the form below. This B.Tech Student Went To His Prof’s Wedding Just To Get His Assignment Signed. #funny

It’s quite common for every Engineering student to struggle to get signed their lab records. We never used to complete records on time and run after the professor in the eleventh hour just to get his goddamn signature. While coming to B.tech guys they all have several tactics to get Professor signature. But this guy, named Sreenath, a student of Musaliar College Of Engineering, Kerala, tried a spectacular stunt. He went to his professor’s wedding just to get his record signed in the pretext of congratulating him. Proving that “when you think outside the box you always succeed”. Maybe the Professor was in a good mood, or maybe he just didn’t wanna look like a hardass in front of his new wife… I’m sure all the engineers must have become nostalgic after watching this video and recalled their college days as to what all they had to do to get their assignments signed. source-http://www.storypick.com/engineering-feels/

Rich Guy Buries Million Dollar Bentley To Prove Point

In September 2013, Brazilian tycoon and socialite  Chiquinho Scarpa  announced  on his Facebook page  that he’d been inspired by a documentary he’d watched about the Pharaohs. He was impressed, he said, with the way they buried their wealth in order to have it in the afterlife. So Scarpa decided to emulate the Egyptian royals and said that he would be burying his Bentley, a car worth $500,000. He scheduled a “funeral” for September 20 and began to dig a hole on his property… That wasn’t big enough, so he brought in an excavator… The day for the interment, he posted this pic of himself applying a final polish to the doomed car… Through this whole process, he got plenty of press in the news and on social media, almost all negative, of course, as people asked why he would make this bizarre decision. Why would he make this wealth utterly useless instead of giving it to a worthwhile cause? Then on the day he was supposed to lower his Bentley to...

It is all about Profits

In the timeframe between 1947 & 1991 (almost 4 decades), only 1 Indian (Reita Faria) had won an International Beauty Pageant title. But after 1991, almost every alternate year, an Indian won International Beauty Pageant title. Sushmita Sen, Aishwarya Rai, Diana Hayden, Yukta Mookhey, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Aditi Gowitrikar, Dia Mirza, Nicole Faria and many many more. Why? Was it because Indian women suddenly appeared beautiful to the world after 1991? Can such biological or beauty changes across geography occur overnight? No. It was because Indian economy was liberalized in 1991. It meant foreign companies could enter India & sell their products. Can you imagine what a jackpot this was, especially for cosmetic companies which saw India as a "fertile, untapped" market, in which billions of dollars of profits could be made. But in order to capture any market, there must be demand. Although India already had some demand for cosmetics which was fulfilled ...
